Model: Sophie (Managing Director of Mischief Promotions)
Didn't do any skin or hair retouches in this one, just played with levels and colors, It looks like this is a suitable way for this picture. She wasn't posing, she was trying to get a comfortable position while i took this shot, loved her face expression. Equip. Used: SB-800 mounted on a Lastolite Ezybox softbox to the Right of the camera, 60mm f2.8 micro lens. Photoshop: Curves, levels. Comments
very good job with the lighting inshaAllah. However, I wish the model was looking at us so we can at least connect with her face at least- since there's not much emphasis on her physique, although we see some great lines with her legs. Maybe if the background were lighter, or if she were wearing lighter pants...
-- Have you ever seen a "Proud to be Human" bumper sticker?? I know I haven't!!! HQ for the Insane [link] Ahmed, just wanna tell u a small tip :
"Use shutter speed to control the surrounding light, and use Aperture to control the flash .. work on manual modes in both flash and camera here to get the proper exposure" ... great job, keep on practicing. I'm waiting for the next ones -- Just Lemme Shoot ... and I'll be fine ... Actually khaled the surrounding light was more than enough in this picture, thx to the ambient light, but i wanted to do something different with this pic, thats why i darken it this way. I always work on manual for both the flash and the camera, lol i can never work with the pre-settings to tell u the truth
P.S. thinking of taking a break in the coming days, been working alot lately with these pictures, lol. -- You know it's love when all you want is that person to be happy; even if you're not part of their happiness. My DA =wolf84 My blogs [link] I really liked it ya Ahmed.. at first I was like oh her face expression is not that good but when I read ur comment fhmt fekrtak.. bs still think law she laid her head 3la wara shwaya without looking to give u the feeling enha 9ora 3faweya..and I don't think she needs any skin retouches wla hair lol 7ram 3alek she is perfect to me..
I recommend u to go and reshoot at the same location.. if I were you ra7 askon henak lol.. keep them coming!! -- "We are here on Earth to do good to others. What the others are here for, I don't know." WH Auden |

i guess the left side of the photograph had to pay the price of having only one flash, nevertheless, the lighting is well managed.
i think the model wearing black bottom didnt help in giving detail for the anatomy of her legs in contrast to the background, and i believe if she looked into the camera it would made the pic alot more intense.
the top of the hole in the wall being cropped made me a bit skeptic regarding the framing of the photograph.
the wall has so much decay it gives great amount of detail and i must say the location is just fantastic and i hope i can see more of the shots taken in the same location.
one last thing,i wonder if u had an extra light source, and u placed it inside the location to the right of the model as a back light source, would that give more accentuation to the models details?
over all,its a Job well chosen and well done,i salute ur choice of location and model, and wish u get more equipments to expirment more.
